Position: Credit Admin. Assistant
Job description
- Process payment for season customers
- Perform data entry of daily collection
- Generate and submit daily collection report and arrange for bank-in
- Generate monthly tax invoices for distribution by operations team
- Manage e-application and emails related to credit admin department
- Attend to customer queries and complaints
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a certificate or diploma in Business Studies / Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in related role is required for this position
- Proficiency in usage of MS-Office / Outlook and online systems
- Able to work under pressure and independently
